Nick Francis Awarded 40 Under 40 Recognition

SHIPSHEWANA, INDIANA – Congratulations to Nick Francis, KZ RV’s Towables product manager, for being awarded the 2021 40 Under 40 by the RV Industry Association! Candidates are nominated by co-workers and other representing men and women from dealerships, suppliers, distributors, OEMs, business services, and associations. Nick’s career in the RV industry started while in High School in the Receiving Department. After graduating, he worked in production, setting appliances and wiring air conditioners, then diving in to purchasing for the next ten years. “All of these roles really helped me understand the operational/manufacturing side of the industry”, stated Nick.

Nick, determined to learn and grow, moved into sales as a direct sales manager covering Eastern Canada to Midwest to Florida. One area Nick enjoyed most was product development. Nick stated, “I was given the opportunity to move into a product manager role at KZ RV where I manage five brands, a sales team, and work with a great team of individuals.”
