THOR Industries Acquires KZ

THOR Industries, Inc. today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the outstanding capital stock of recreational vehicle (RV) manufacturer K. Z., Inc. (KZ) in a transaction closing effective May 1, 2014.
