In October 2010, then age 72, my wife and I listed criteria for a new travel trailer. Because of a bad back, the most important factor was light weight; a self-contained trailer that would not require my mounting a heavy weight distribution hitch. Though we knew a small trailer would probably be limited in storage space, we found the Sportsmen Classic 16BH had a vast amount of storage room...under the bunk and with a full height pantry. We selected the 16BH from an exceptional dealer, Robbins RV of Idabel, OK, and took off from Eastern Oklahoma. Our 4,000 mile journey took us through Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We visited Monticello, Appomattox Court House, Washington D.C., Jamestown, New York City and Gettysburg as well as several other Civil War sites. We took the back roads whenever possible, stopping for lunch in scenic spots and spent the nights at established campgrounds. The trailer performed with no problems.
In October 2011, we took another extended trip of 2,500 miles. Heading north through Missouri and Iowa, we visited friends in Minnesota, then drove through Wisconsin clear to a brief touch of Michigan. Motoring along Lake Superior we then turned south at Duluth Minnesota. In the town of Superior, I found my favorite spot of the whole trip. A grocery store specializing in locally made cheese! While my wife loaded up with 5 kinds of homemade bratwurst, I picked out a grocery cart full of cheese. Again, we took the byroads, stopping wherever we saw an attractive RV campground.
Recently, we decided to move up a step to a slightly larger trailer. The Sportsmen Classic 200 offered the queen bed we wanted, plus a sink and cabinet in the bathroom. The additional 500 pound weight would still allow us to safely use our 6 cylinder pickup, and, as I have already discovered, the 200 pulls easily without a stabilizer hitch.
This summers' travels will take us to the Colorado mountains, Canyonlands and Arches National Parks in Utah, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
We'd recommend the Sportsmen Classic to anyone wanting a basic, lightweight trailer at a reasonable cost.

To the attention of all concerned craftsmen,
Thanks so much for your diligence and concern for details while building our 2012 StoneRidge 365RK Fifth Wheel. Our first sight of the unit was when it was delivered to Sherman RV in Mississippi. In spite of the rain and cloudy conditions, we took the time to view it inside and out. We were very pleased with what we saw.
Joe, thanks for the calls to keep us updated on the status of the building stages. They helped us to maintain patience and calmness while waiting for it to arrive. It was also a pleasure to meet and talk with you at the RV show in Tupelo, MS.
Now to the “Master Craftsmen,” it is obvious that you take pride in your work. From the full body paint to the attention of the large and small interior details, your personal discipline and training are clearly visible. Indeed, I think, your company is fortunate to have you produce its products.
We love to hit the road and are proud to pull our StoneRidge by KZ behind us.
Yours truly,
Harvey and Stella

It was nice meeting you and I want to thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to give me a tour of the Sportsmen/Durango Production line. I was impressed with the entire tour and brief history of KZ Industries. Watching them build a trailer gave me a better perspective of what I am pulling down the road and enjoying when we arrive at our destination. I was equally impressed when I could see the employees working hard but also looked as though they really enjoyed their job! It was ever visible to me, that a KZ trailer is built with the quality it shows to your customers. After touring your production line it certainly reassures in my mind that when I am ready to buy again, it will be another KZ product!
Again, thank you for the time you spent with me yesterday, it was a fantastic experience that anyone who owns or are planning to buy an RV should see.
Respectfully,
John

Many thanks for all of your help and generosity in getting our 5th wheel repaired. I will certainly purchase another KZ manufactured product and will without any doubt or hesitation recommend the product quality and integrity of the company. The importance of customer relations that KZ Manufacturing have demonstrated throughout this process is second to none.
I believe that customer service and reliability are key factors in any consumer’s purchasing decision these days and KZ Manufacturing have stepped up to the plate and offered their help and generosity beyond what was necessary in this situation. For that, I am grateful and sincerely thank you. Although society’s demands and expectations are greater now then in the previous 10 years, it is rare to find a company that stands behind their product to the extent that you people do. Keep up the great work - I'm sure you will continue to excel in customer satisfaction for years to come.
Sincerely,
Robin

We just bought a Spree and can’t believe how great all the details are in this trailer. It’s amazing how well built this trailer is and we love the interior design. The amenities are really good. We are expecting several years of enjoyment from this product.
Thanks for good craftsmanship!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
I had to write as I wanted your company to know how happy we are with our KZ Spree Model Number 231BH. Not only do we go camping with it all over Northern Ontario, we also used it at our recent wedding. We looked everywhere for "toy" versions of the travel trailer but could not find any. That's when we decided to make one ourselves! We were looking for a wishing well/mailbox type of thing to use at our wedding. We did not want to use a traditional wishing well as it would not have matched our "camping" theme for the wedding. My mother-in-law found a plain white plastic mailbox and transformed it into our trailer! (Our combined family has 4 children and a dog, she put them all on the grass in front of the trailer.) She even had a slot put in the top so people could put their envelops in it. We also had a 3D cake version of our truck and trailer as our wedding cake!!! Not only was our KZ Spree the "wishing well", it was also the cake!
Sincerely,
Susan and Shayne
